2. Products & Orders

• All machines are manufactured to order. Specifications may vary slightly depending on component availability.
• Orders are confirmed only after agreement on price, model, and delivery terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed or quoted are subject to change without prior notice. The final price is confirmed upon order agreement. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon between the Company and the customer before manufacturing or delivery. We accept bank transfer and cash payment. No goods are shipped before payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Warranty & Returns

• Machines come with a manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or lack of maintenance.
• Returns are accepted only for defective products and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Al Shafei Steel Company and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Al Shafei Steel Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the purchased product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Egyptian courts.
